This year, Waag and partners One Architecture and Filson and Rohrbacher conducted the Design/Fabrication lab project (D/F Lab), with expert meetings and public events in San Francisco and Amsterdam.
D/F Lab is an initiative to build an urban digital fabrication laboratory, school, and factory for the future. Based in Amsterdam, the D/F Lab endeavors to advance the Architecture Engineering Construction (AEC) Industry through applied research, construction manufacturing innovation, and maker-focused education.
As an outcome of the project, we have put together a report, that is now available as a free download under a Creative Commons license BY-NC-SA. The 24-page booklet was edited by Ista Boszhard and Frank Kresin.
