Biotic Games Hacksprint

Let's get our hands on biotic games during the Biotic Games Hacksprint! Inspired by the work of the Riedel-Kruse lab from Stanford University (see this video), we will spend one day tinkering with devices that let you interact with one-celled organisms or water fleas, playing with software to build games based on live video footage, evaluating previous prototypes, and dreaming up new ideas.

Together with Ingmar Riedel-Kruse, we will be organising a workshop during Campus Party, a huge five day festival full of hacking, science and fun in Jaarbeurs, Utrecht, from 25 – 27 May in Utrecht. Currently, we are preparing the workshop, and we would love to get share our ideas and challenges with other biohackers.

We want to invite you to hack with us on Saturday May 7th, and to make some creative gaming designs. We will start at 10:00 and we are going to fool around till at least 17:00 hrs.

If you want to be part of this fun experience and join us making awesome biotic games, please RVSP to the meetup. Of course feel free to share and invite other cool people to this event!
