This year the annual Ecsite conference will be held in Graz, Austria, and focuses on ‘colours of cooperation’. Under that theme, the meSch consortium will present the DIY tools they developed for creating smart exhibits. During this session, participants will explore scenarios for the use of smart objects in a museum/science centre environment. Speakers include Sheffield Hallam University, University of Stuttgart, Museon and Waag.
In addition Dick van Dijk will join a ‘reverse’ session on co-creating exhibits with visitors on Thursday. This session's speakers have been involved in producing co-created exhibitions, and will share their experiences.
