We are proud to present the guide Lokale Verbindingen: A guide for civil servants and social organisations to improve communication about (digital) support services. This guide builds on the research project Digitale kloof overbruggen (2024-2025), in which Waag Futurelab, together with civil society organisations and the Municipality of Amsterdam, developed a number of measures for the development of a fair digital public space.
