Wednesday, May 23rd, I travelled to Utrecht to give a guest lecture at the University of Utrecht. On this warm afternoon, the "Future of Internet" was the central topic. What are the main trends when it comes to the Internet? And what does this mean for the questions you have to ask yourself when designing a product or service?
Part of the lecture, was an assignment for the students. Based on these trends and a specific user-profile, they had to design a specific application. A great way for them to learn more about the many trends and to get to know the 'Users as designers' method Waag uses.
