Douwe SchmidtFreelance concept developer

Douwe Schmidt is a freelancer, working with both Waag's Smart Citizens Lab and Future Internet Lab. Before this, he was the ad interim lead of the Smart Citizens Lab. He is also a board member at Bureau Tada. Previously, he worked as privacy officer with Fairphone and security trainer with Greenhost.

Douwe founded Bits of Freedom's Privacy Cafe, organised many meetings on internet and politics and he researched technologies that promote privacy for De Correspondent.
