For the Tipping the Balance project, Waag is researching healthy, sustainable food in the area of Schothorst in Amersfoort. In collaboration with inhabitants, local entrepreneurs and the City of Amersfoort, we search for solutions to make healthy and sustainable food choices available to everyone in the area. On Thursday November 18th and Wednesday November 24th, the Waag team did its fieldwork in the shopping mall of the Schothorst area.
