In October, Waag trained eight technasium teachers from Ir. Lelylyceum in Amsterdam, to help them get familiar with open schooling. In open schooling, students work on assignments from companies and organisations in the neighborhood, in order to make STEAM education more tangible, applicable and attractive for them. Mariëlle Lens, Maker Educator at Waag, provided the training and shares how she supports teachers to let their students make a difference through open schooling.
