Each year, Waag Futurelab explores a new theme in the context of future-making: how can we collectively influence, change and enable the future for everyone? In 2022, we looked at how the systems we live in work. We did this from a playful perspective: what if we look at systems as a game, and what if we change the rules of the game?
It led to a large number of interesting meetings, events and interviews. The best texts and instructables for the games and game hacks created by Waag have been compiled in a book: Reframe the Rules of the Game.
