On the day of biodiversity, you can take a walk on the wild side with an Urban Ecology expert of Waag past several initiatives at Amsterdam Science Park. Because you can't create a more biodiverse city alone.
The tour (in Dutch) will last between 1,5 and 2 hours. We meet each other at Waag’s Urban Ecology Hub at Startup Village, at the entrance under the red tent. Translation to English is possible, if necessary. For more info, go to the Dutch version of this event.
The Green Maker Space x Biodiversity Walk
The Biodiversity Walk is part of the Green Maker Space, a monthly open workspace from Waag at the Startup Village at Amsterdam Science Park. The Green Maker Space is for everyone who wants to dig deeper into urban ecology. For this edition, we work together with permaculture garden Anna’s Tuin & Ruigte and the University of Amsterdam. The upcoming years, we will work together to create this public and private space a lively place where plant, animal, soil and human can live together.
