A lot of eHealth gets developed, but in practice, not a lot of it is being used. How to close the gap? This was researched by the eHealth Users Guild that Waag is part of. From 2019 to 2021, the guild researched the gap between tech developers and the practices of healthcare workers. They concluded a co-creation approach is necessary for successful implementation of eHealth in healthcare. To this end, they developed a navigator for eHealth implementation (in Dutch).
