During Expeditie NEXT, organised by NWA, Waag will host the Smart Kids Treasure Hunt for kids in the ages of 6-12 yrs. Expeditie NEXT is the national science festival for children! There are six exciting routes filled with fun exercises with scientists. Waag organises the Smart Kids Treasure Hunt, from 11:00-18:00 hrs at Het Woeste Land. Here, you will look for traces of things that tell you something about the environment: counting birds, measuring sound by using technologie, and measuring water quality. This way, we can learn what is so special about Franeker and what the city could improve for people, plants and animals.
