Harpo 't Hart supports Waag as Speaker for the Living in translating the interests of non-human life into the organisation's decisions. In this role, Harpo assists Waag in its learning process as a Zoöperatie.

Harpo is a sound artist and artistic director of the Embassy of the North Sea. Through his work, he questions the way we listen to the world. How should we listen to our rapidly changing world? A world of climate change, a world in which electronic devices listen to us. In his work, Harpo seeks ways to make the political voices of more-than-humans heard in the public debate.
