Ouarda Kasriou HR Manager

Ouarda Kasriou is the human resources officer of Waag. She focuses on the strengthening and professionalising of Waag's processes concerning human resource management.

Ouarda studied Human Resources Management in Amsterdam, both at the University of Amsterdam and the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Motivating, connecting and empowering people is both benefiting for the organisation and the people working in it. Ouarda previously worked at HR departments of multiple organisations, both non-profit and for-profit. Her main view is that people are the greatest asset of an organisation, which is something she takes with her into her work at Waag.
