Care Model Design for Person Centered ICT-interventions in Home Healthcare
For health care services that give people a central role to accomplish more care tasks with ICT, the Faculty Industrial Design of the TU Delft and Creative Care Lab of Waag conducted a research into new care models that can support strategic managers within health care networks in clearly communicating and directing personalised care services. This lead to a publication in the Journal of Medical Internet Research JMIR in February 2015 by Sabine Wildevuur and Lianne Simonse.
This research is part of the programme Creative Industry - KIEM by NWO that aimed to stimulate cooperations between knowledge institutes and private parties. With the aid of KIEM consortia can create long term cooperations existing of at least one researcher and one private partner.
