The first computer ever took up an entire room. Back then, the colossal behemoth could do only a fraction of what, say, your phone can do now. Computer scientists could not possibly have predicted what would happen with the development of the classical computer and about how it would be applied. So it is now with the quantum computer. Nevertheless, I am going to make an attempt. Together, we will look into the crystal ball of computer science to predict possible applications of this new gadget.
