How trustworthy are home healthcare services, like a patients portal? And how can you design trusted home healthcare services? The assumption is that if systems are not trustworthy, the chances that they will actually be used are slim, and vice-versa. To get more insights how both patients and care professionals are experiencing certain services, we held workshops within the research program COMMIT, a public-private research on the use of ICT for societal aims, like trusted healthcare services.
In four sessions (two workshops with patients, and two with professionals) on two locations (Enschede and Amsterdam), we conducted user research on which elements are playing an important role of trusted healthcare services.
