Frank Kresin, Research Director at Waag, will speak on 4 December 2012 at the Digital Heritage conference 2012. This conference will take place at De Doelen, Rotterdam. Theme for this year is the interaction between heritage and science. In other words: "What can science do for you and what can you do for science?"
Kresin will participate in the session 'Creative industry and science' together with Harro Stokman (EUvision), Margaret Mulligan & Erwin Verbruggen (Beeld en Geluid) and Mark Lindeman (Picturae). His subject will be the special status of the innovation labs within the context of the innovation landscape as a whole, and he will illustrate the value in the innovation chain by participating in programmes like COMMIT and CRISP. Session chairman is Johan Oomen of Beeld en Geluid.
