The future of food in Amersfoort Schothorst

How to shift towards environments that promote healthy food choices? This is researched by Waag and Wageningen University in the Tipping the Balance project. For this project, we went to Amersfoort Schothorst to talk, cook, eat and co-create with inhabitants in various sessions. Read the report on these sessions and their outcomes in Dutch.
