Together with the Oude Kerk, Waag developed, tested and researched a number of mixed reality concepts. Not only with the question how this technology works on location, but also how to use it for a meaningful public experience that builds on the vision of a museum or heritage institution.
This also looked at the role of the museum professional and the skills required for this. With these questions, a number of experts from the sector in the Oude Kerk talked to each other. But not before they themselves experienced the disappeared Catholic atmosphere in the high choir with the Hololens and the modest 13th century prayer house was to become the largest church in Amsterdam.
