Learning outside the classroom makes science education more accessible

In the SySTEM 2020  project, Waag and ten European partners conducted research into non-formal and informal STEAM learning (science, technology, engineering, art & math). It has shown that learning outside the classroom stimulates scientific skills in young students. The final publication, released on June 30, shares policy recommendations and methods to make science learning more accessible to students of all backgrounds.
