In an article in the Dutch newspaper nrc•next on March 18 maart by Laura Wismans, Marleen Stikker speaks about the initiative 'Let's fix the internet' in The Netherlands.

"The internet is broken. It is being abused by governments and secret services. We are so depending on just a couple of super platforms that privacy no longer exists. This is the opinion of a group of internet activists and scientists, but also of Tim Berners-Lee, who invented the world wide web, is worried."
