Commissioned by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science (OCW), the Creative Industries Fund collaborates with Waag in order improve the quality of educational environments. In our rapidly changing society and economy we need a new vision on the subjects of 'learning' and 'educational environments'.
'The Open Call: educational environments for inventors, thinkers and workers' was organized to stimulate improvement in education in combination with creativity. Within this program, Waag and the Creative Industries Fund will translate expert knowledge to new concepts and ideas.
The five best concepts
Out of 68 entries, the commission selected a top five of best ideas:

Each one these concepts will be supported with a maximum of € 10.000,- for further research and development.
